Stripe does not receive any agent-activity data from our customers' websites. If Stripe Managed Payments is enabled, Stripe acts as merchant of record for the sale; the Stripe entity and role in that case come from Stripe's Managed Payments terms.
Changes: we notify customers 30 days before adding or replacing a sub-processor (see DPA §4).
